**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**:
- Liderança técnica e funcional referente ao projeto Open Finance (Open Banking, Open Insurance);
- Desenho da arquitetura técnica e funcional a ser utilizada nos componentes da aplicação;
- Gestão de atividades relacionadas ao projeto Open Finance estrutural em ambiente de Cloud (Azure);
- Comunicação do andamento dos projetos e da área com todos os níveis da organização;
- Acompanhamento da saúde tecnológica da aplicação, buscando a eficiência e continuidade de negócio - implementação de guias de uso e recuperação, monitoramento reativo e proativo, indicadores;
- Gestão das métricas e indicadores da aplicação, tanto técnicos, quanto funcionais;
- Comunicação com os órgãos/fóruns regulatórios e grupos de trabalho, defendendo o posicionamento do Santander;
- Comunicação com outros times de tecnologia do Santander, responsáveis por outras aplicações, infraestrutura, operações, arquitetura e governança;
- Comunicação com outras instituições financeiras;
- Utilização plena da metodologia do Santander, atentando-se aos processos e seguindo os procedimentos de forma plena, cumprindo as normas e adequando-se aos controles internos e externos, utilizando ferramental apropriado;
- Integração do time técnico e funcional.
**Requisitos e qualificações**:
- Organização e disciplina, com capacidade de organizar as próprias atividades gerenciando o time do Open Finance, além do próprio tempo e cadência das atividades;
- Capacidade de propor, comunicar e mensurar indicadores e propor melhorias;
- Boa comunicação (clara, concisa e direta) oral e escrita, adequando a linguagem a cada interlocutor;
- Bom relacionamento interpessoal para tratamento com outras áreas do banco;
- Capacidade de negociação;
- Conhecimentos em Linux, ambiente Openshift e Devops;
- Conhecimento em produtos Cloud (Azure), backend Java, AKS, Docker, apigee;
- Conhecimento em Ping Federate;
- Utilização de forma plena das ferramentas do pacote Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, One Drive);
- Inglês: intermediário (conversação e escrita).
**Requisitos desejáveis**:
- Conhecimento em VBA;
- Conhecimento em Open Banking e Open Insurance Brasil;
- Espanhol.
