Business Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team.The primary role of the Business Operations Specialist involves ensuring that various financial applications and systems comply with established IT policies.To achieve this, we need to develop strategies to enforce compliance with these policies and standardize user management processes.Our team will evaluate SOC reports to identify potential risks and ensure vendor and application compliance.This requires a solid understanding of software development life cycles and project management methodologies, as well as experience working with third-party vendors to implement SaaS solutions.This position requires relevant experience working with financial ERP applications, preferably JDE, design and development experience with JDE, experience working with third-party vendors to implement SaaS solutions, and strong PC skills including proficiency in MS Office Products, especially Excel and Project.Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field, and possess relevant experience supporting technology projects.Familiarity with one or more of the following applications: JDE, Trintech Cadency, Workiva, Cognos Analytics, OneStream, and Varicent is highly beneficial.The successful candidate will possess advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, intermediate SQL query skills, and experience working in large enterprises with domestic and international locations.
