Imagine shaping the narrative of a leading DTC beauty & wellness brand, one compelling video at a time.We're on the hunt for an exceptional Video Editor to join our team in crafting high-converting ads that drive sales across Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms.Job Description:You'll be working with raw creator footage, UGC clips, and b-roll to transform them into persuasive short-form ads ****** seconds) and VSLs that convert cold traffic into buyers.Craft hooks that stop thumbs in the first 3 seconds using pattern interrupts, bold claims, and visual glitches.A/B test visual approaches based on performance data and rapidly iterate with our Creative Strategist to test new concepts weekly.Key Responsibilities:Edit high-volume, high-converting video advertising content for our DTC beauty & wellness brand.Craft hooks that stop thumbs in the first 3 seconds.A/B test visual approaches based on performance data.Rapidly iterate with our Creative Strategist to test new concepts weekly.Requirements:Strong level of fluent English fluency.2+ years editing for DTC/eCommerce brands.Portfolio demonstrating direct response ads that drove conversions.Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve + After Effects.
