Creative Strategist (Direct Response Focus)Full-Time — Remote**We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who actually understands direct response, not someone who just scrolls TikTok and assembles trends.This role is for a strategist who can think in angles, write high-converting copy, break down customer psychology, and work with our editors/designers to produce winning ad variations across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.If your background is influencer-style content creation — this is NOT for you. If your background is direct response, performance marketing, hooks, messaging frameworks, and ad psychology — we want you.What You’ll DoDevelop direct-response creative strategies for eCommerce and local brands (UGC, statics, VSLs, long-form ads).Write strong hooks, scripts, headlines, and CTAs rooted in psychology — not fluff.Analyze data and identify what’s working, what’s not, and why.Build clear creative briefs for editors, designers, and UGC creators.Collaborate with the growth team to refine angles, offers, and messaging frameworks.Turn raw ideas, calls, client notes, and problems into high-performing creative concepts.(Bonus) Oversee or contribute to production/filming direction if you have that background.Maintain a high output of strategic ideas and creative testing concepts weekly.What You MUST BringDirect response experience — you know what makes an ad convert, not just “look cool.”Strong copywriting ability (hooks, headlines, scripts, micro-copy).Ability to translate product benefits into angles, stories, emotional triggers, and offers.Experience working with paid media teams or creatives in a performance-focused environment.Strong understanding of Meta/TikTok best practices.Analytical mindset — you can look at data and form a hypothesis instantly.Creative volume — you can generate 10 concepts where others generate 2.Excellent communication and clarity inside creative briefs.Bonus PointsProduction or directing experienceUnderstanding of UGC scriptingExperience with DTC brands (beauty, wellness, fashion, home goods, jewelry, etc.)Can storyboard fast and collaborate closely with editorsWho You AreYou think like a marketer, not an influencer.You write copy that hits where it hurts — and inspires action.You’re obsessed with performance, not aesthetics.You’re fast, resourceful, and comfortable producing a high volume of ideas.You thrive in an environment with speed, iteration, and testing.You can take a product, research it deeply, and build a messaging system around it.Why Join UsWork with a fast-growing performance agency scaling 7–8 figure brands.Collaborate closely with elite media buyers, strategists, and creatives.Clear processes, creative pipelines, and a supportive production team.High impact role — your work directly influences revenue.Opportunities for growth into Creative Lead roles.
