Our commitment is to meet the needs and expectations of our clients with quality and precision.If you're looking to grow and develop in a solid company, sign up below and explore the available opportunities on our portal: AR operations, ensuring timely collection of receivables.Lead client negotiations on sensitive or high-impact accounts.Monitor and optimize cash flow and revenue forecasts.Perform in-depth analysis of aging reports, identifying trends and risks.Drive improvements in collection strategies, KPIs, and systems.Ensure policy compliance and audit readiness.Collaborate cross-functionally with billing, sales, and finance teams.Mentor and support development of junior and mid-level analysts.REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:MUST HAVE:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance (or pursuing).
Experience managing full AR cycle and dealing with delinquent accounts.Strong negotiation skills and conflict resolution.Results-driven with strong deadline management.High attention to detail and analytical mindset.Advanced Excel skills.Familiarity with ERP systems (Totvs, SAP, Netsuite, Conta Azul, Omie, or similar).
Advanced English (assessed during interviews).
