We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement and Operations Coordinator to join our team.The ideal candidate will have experience in managing orders and shipments efficiently and accurately.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the receipt and processing of customer orders, preparation of purchase orders, and arrangement of shipments.Manage logistics and shipment arrangements to streamline operations and ensure timely delivery.Prepare quotations for clients, including transportation rates and scheduling.Coordinate cross-border and international shipments, ensuring customs and shipping documents are prepared.Track and manage order status, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.Distribute product samples to clients upon request.Maintain and build strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth operations.Identify and source new logistics partners to optimize shipping costs, delivery times, and service quality.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in logistics and shipment coordination, with knowledge of shipping and customs documents.Excellent communication skills, delivering precise shipment statuses and understanding customers' needs.Strong organizational skills, managing multiple orders and shipments.Self-discipline, working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving mindset.
