Control Risks is seeking a Coordinator to support travel security for a prominent technology client.
The Travel Security Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient travel security operation of our business.
This role involves a blend of customer support, logistics coordination, and data analysis.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Tasks and responsibilitiesSupport TicketsRespond promptly to support tickets submitted by employees travelling to higher risk countries, utilizing holding messages or canned responses as appropriateAccurately route support tickets according to established standard operating proceduresEscalate re-opened and complex support tickets to the Operations Manager Transportation RequestsMonitor transportation requests and ensure operations run smoothly and efficientlyProvide support to users experiencing issues with transportation requests within the same business dayProactively coordinate with client-vetted transportation suppliers to address and resolve any obstaclesEscalate unresolved transportation issues to the Operations Manager for further action Documentation and AnalysisMaintain detailed and accurate records of all transportation-related issues and their resolution.
Develop and implement standardized data collection procedures from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completenessAnalyze current administrative processes on a monthly or quarterly basis, as requested by the client, to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvementTranslate complex data and concepts into clear and concise insightsGenerate monthly reports that provide insights into operational performanceDesign and produce high-quality slide deck presentations Develop and maintain a well-organized and easily accessible system for team documentation and shared drives.
RequirementsExperience and education: 3-4 years of experience in a role involving customer support, logistics coordination, or data analysis.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field of studySkills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese required.
Spanish abilities desirable.Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to apply data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar) and techniques to interpret and present complex informationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent teamwork skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively.
