- Proven track record working with global brands, retailers, or consultancies.
Technical Knowledge- Strong understanding of apparel supply chains, labor practices, and environmental impacts.
- Familiarity with international standards and frameworks such as ILO conventions, FLA, SA8000, and regulations like the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act.
- Experience managing social audits, corrective action plans, and sustainability reporting.
- Skilled in data collection, analysis, and using digital platforms for CSR tracking.
