We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Junior to join our People team and help us attract and develop top talent across Brazil. You will focus on bringing on-board amazing people that will love our culture and embrace our values. If you are a target-driven professional, who has a passion for attracting great talent and creating an exceptional candidate experience, this is an opportunity to drive your career forward What you will focus on: Support the full recruitment cycle for entry- and mid-level positions for operations team Post job openings on different platforms (Linked In, job boards, social media). Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process. What we are looking for: 1 year of experience with hiring process; Knowledge and experience of online sourcing including social/professional networking (e.g. Linked In Recruiter). Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, tenacious, personable and articulate. Advanced English
