Position: Talent Acquisition SpecialistLocation: São Paulo, BrazilEmployment type: Full-timeDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to manage the sourcing and recruitment process for assigned roles.Apply creative and effective sourcing strategies to identify, connect with, and attract qualified candidates.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive market research, networking events, and ongoing relationship management.Coordinate with recruitment agencies or search firms when outsourcing is needed.Represent the organization professionally to candidates and external partners.Support hiring managers through all stages of recruitment, including developing job descriptions, identifying candidates, managing the candidate experience, and negotiating offers.Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to align on staffing needs and candidate progress.Stay informed about market trends and provide insights into the talent landscape and competitive hiring environment.REQUIREMENTS:Advanced proficiency in English (at least B2), both written and spokenProven experience in recruitment, either as an in-house recruiter or through an agency.Experience managing high-volume recruitment or working in a fast-paced environment.Strong track record in candidate sourcing, generation, and assessment.Proficiency in conducting internet-based research and using professional networking platforms.Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS); familiarity with specific platforms is an advantage.Experience supporting hiring for product-focused or technology-driven teams is a plus.BENEFITS:Competitive starting salary.Comprehensive training to ensure familiarity with best practices and high standards.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Excellent opportunities for career growth within a dynamic, international organization.Meal vouchers/ meal allowance.Health insurance plan (with a partial employee contribution).Life and disability coverage.Daycare support allowance.Allowance for employees with dependents who have disabilities.Transportation provided for night shift employees.
