DYNE São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul, BrazilSoftware Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer – SAP BTP (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)Location: São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul, BrazilWork Model: Hybrid role – 60% onsite (3 days/week); Candidates must be based in Brazil and willing to work from the São Leopoldo office; Supporting EMEA time zoneLanguage Requirement: Portuguese and English (both required)Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure the highest quality standards for enterprise applications built on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).In this role, you will work closely with developers, product owners, and the Quality Manager to validate features, maintain test coverage, and ensure reliable, high-performing solutions.The ideal candidate is passionate about quality, has a strong manual testing background, and thrives in an Agile/Scrum environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, document, and execute manual test cases for applications developed on SAP BTPPerform functional, regression, and exploratory testing to validate system behaviorAnalyze business and technical requirements to ensure complete test coverageValidate acceptance criteria for backlog items before releaseIdentify, log, track, and retest defects and issues in a timely and structured mannerClearly communicate test execution status, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholdersCollaborate with developers and the Quality Manager to align with the overall Test StrategyParticipate actively in Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practicesRequired QualificationsProven hands-on experience in software testing, with a strong focus on manual testingSolid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect lifecycle managementExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsStrong analytical skills to interpret requirements and identify test scenariosExcellent communication skills in both English and PortugueseAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetTools & TechnologiesSAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)Test Management Tools: Jira, Xray, or similarBug/Defect Tracking SystemsBasic API testing tools: Postman, Bruno, or equivalentNice To Have (Preferred Skills)Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and QA integrationExposure to cloud platforms and microservices architectureBasic knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter)Experience working on enterprise or SAP-based applicationsTravel Onsite RequirementMust be available to work onsite 3 days per week with the team in São Leopoldo, BrazilNo international travel requiredIdeal Candidate ProfileQuality-driven professional with strong manual testing expertiseComfortable working in a hybrid model and collaborating with distributed teamsProactive, communicative, and adaptable in a fast-paced Agile environmentAble to support EMEA stakeholders while being based in Brazil#J-*****-Ljbffr
