We are looking for a passionate and experienced German Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction to adult learners preparing for a professional career in Germany.
The ideal candidate is confident teaching both in-person in São Paulo and online, and is familiar with the CEFR framework (A1–B2 levels).
Your responsibilities:
Teach German classes focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening comprehension, and both oral and written expression
Deliver both in-person classes in São Paulo and online sessions via digital platforms
Create engaging lesson plans tailored to learners' levels and career goals
Assess student progress through regular tests, exams, written and oral assignments
Record grades and attendance in accordance with internal procedures
Use the CEFR (A1–B2) to guide teaching methodology and evaluation
Provide constructive feedback and individualized support to help learners improve
Collaborate with the education team on curriculum development and teaching materials
Your qualification:
Minimum 3 years of experience teaching German to adults
University degree in German Language, Literature, Philology, or a related field
English proficiency (B2 or higher)
Solid understanding of CEFR levels (A1–B2)
Availability to teach in-person in São Paulo and remotely
Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
Preferred qualification:
Experience preparing students for official exams (e.g., Goethe-Zertifikat, telc B1)
Experience working with learners in the healthcare field
DaF/DaZ certification or other recognized German teaching credentials
Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom)
