We are hiring a
Online Portuguese language teacher who can speak Japanese
to provide customized online lessons to these clients.
What We Offer
You will have an active and independent role as a language teacher.
Once onboarded, you'll have access to the teachers' platform and receive offers.
With the assistance of your Talent Success Coach, you can accept the classes that match your schedule and preferences.
You have complete control over your lessons, and we don't require a minimum number of hours weekly or monthly.

Position Details
Students: 1 adult
Availability: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 12pm-4pm - Tokyo, Japan time
Preferred start date: ASAP
Lesson Frequency: 2x per week
Lesson Duration: 1h each
Current Location/ Time Zone: Tokyo, Japan
Preferred platform: Zoom
Current target language level: Complete beginner
Language spoken at home: Japanese
Student's language needs and goals: Daily communication.
Additional information: Concerned about adaptation in Brazil as she doesn't speak English nor Portuguese.
She is interested in Brazilian culture, shopping malls, food, dogs, lifestyle.
Responsibilities
Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
Developing curricula based on learners' proficiency level and desired outcomes
Monitoring students' progress and guiding learners towards learning goals
Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
Qualifications
To have native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
To have a degree or certification in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or a related field
To have a minimum of two years of teaching German experience
All Global LT instructor positions are freelance positions.
