Our organization seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our fast-paced global team.The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be fluent in English, and have experience in sales administration or operations support.This role involves assisting with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintaining sales records, ensuring client records are up-to-date and accurate, and working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing daily audits to maintain process adherence and data integrity, responding to client inquiries professionally, tracking key metrics, generating reports, and providing data-driven insights.Presentation and proposal support are also key responsibilities of this role, along with providing administrative assistance to ensure operational efficiency.Key qualifications for this position include:Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication skillsExtreme attention to detail – accuracy in SOP's, reporting, and documentationStrong organizational skills – able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAdaptability & flexibility – comfortable in a growing, evolving companyExperience in sales administration or operations support (preferred)Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and professional development, and a collaborative team culture.
