Desenvolver estratégias conversacionais interpretando processos de negócio e necessidades dos clientes para criar soluções personalizadas de atendimento;Criar e otimizar conteúdo com IA Generativa, desenvolvendo fluxos de diálogo inteligentes, prompts eficazes e experiências conversacionais multicanal;Analisar performance através de dados, monitorando métricas de IA, relatórios de eficácia conversacional e insights comportamentais dos usuários;Escrever FAQs e conteúdos conversacionais para uso da IA;Construir fluxos conversacionais em plataformas NLP (IBM Watson).
O Que BuscamosEnsino Superior em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Comunicação, Marketing Digital, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência com produtos bancários;Excelente em redação técnica e criativa;Habilidades de comunicação e colaboração em equipes multidisciplinares;Pensamento analítico combinado com criatividade para resolução de problemas complexos;Inglês avançado.O que oferecemos?
