Process Control Engineer PositionWe are seeking a skilled Process Control Engineer to join our Advanced Process Control (APC) department.This role involves working with mine sites worldwide to deploy optimization solutions.Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and integrating Advanced Regulatory Control applications.They will also support the deployment and integration of Expert Systems, analyze and troubleshoot control system issues, improve system performance and reliability, commission and tune control systems, produce technical documentation, conduct data analyses, verify and validate software through inspection, simulation, and testing, and work with cross-functional teams to develop control systems for new projects.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or computer scienceEnglish: intermediateExperience with multiple control systems, including PLCs, SCADA systems, and DCS systemsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot control systemsProgramming languages such as Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, and Structured textWritten, communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with industry standards and regulations related to control systemsKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement process control strategies to optimize system performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement control systemsProvide technical support and training to operations teams on control systemsConduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of control systemsBenefits:This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading provider of innovative equipment and process control systems to the mining industry.Our team is driven to succeed and we look for like-minded individuals to join us.
