You will join one of our North American client's engineering teams to enhance customer support operations through AI and agentic applications.You will participate in the client's team ceremonies and other sessions.Strong English communication skillsExperience working independently and remotelyExperience building AI agentsExperience integrating with AI APIs e.g. GPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic)Experience building end-to-end applications with technologies like JavaScript, React.js, Python, and Node.jsExperience with REST APIs and system connectivityBonus Qualifications:Background in customer support teams or technical operations rolesWhat We Offer:This will be a PJ hire with competitive pay in USD100% remote workSupportive environment with 1-1 mentoring and group knowledge sharing sessionsInternational experience working with leading startups in North America
