**About the team**:
The IT Team is responsible to support the incredible VTEX growth and we are building a team that, not only be a resolution problem team but be a **solution provider for VTEX**.
**About the role**:
As part of this team you will:
- Provide support in Microsoft Azure and AWS environments;
- Monitor 1st level call lifecycle;
- Escalate and monitor the calls with the team of consultants/specialists in case the negotiation does not occur;
**Who you are**:
- 2+ years previous experience working within a technical support environment, in a medium to high growth company
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to Learn new products and process faster to find a solution effectively.
- Knowledge in SAAS Cloud Environment with Azure AD;
- Knowledge in AWS Cloud Environment;
- Knowledge of Google Workspace;
- Knowledge of management tools (Zoom, Jira, Monday, Miro).
