**Role Overview**
- Owns an end to end delivery of a software release, from requirements analysis through design, software development and deployment
- Establishes an end to end delivery plan based on an agreed scope and high level technical solution
- Responsible for managing the delivery to time and budget agreed in the plan, utilizing established delivery units / workstreams such as requirements, solution center and test factories
- Drives the resolution of functional and technical scope issues using a central design authority in the program
- Reports on status, financials and issues / risks to program management and supports communication to steering committees
**Education** / Certification**
- Academic degree
- Proven experience in project management
- MBA and Post graduate degree is a differential
**Key** Qualifications**
- Self-motivated and able to take responsibility
- Flexible attitude
- Able to build good relationships at all levels
- Able to interact with clients/business users directly
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Project management certification
- Technical background in software development and / or architecture
**Technical** Skills**
- Experience in managing projects of at least 5mUSD in size
- Very strong project management skills
- Excellent, executive level communication skills
- Experienced in with agile and waterfall software delivery methods
- Has managed projects in the financial services industry as an external to the client (consultant or freelancer)
