We're seeking a skilled Flutter Software Developer to join our team.
Our goal is to create the next-generation medical software platform for dermatology practices in the U.S.The product will automate clinical documentation, coding, and workflows — with our Flutter app at the core of how doctors interact with it.This role involves collaborating closely with our LATAM engineering team and working directly with data scientists who are experts in the field.
Main Responsibilities:Build and maintain cross-platform Flutter apps with a focus on scalability and performance.Develop back-end services using Node.js/TypeScript and PostgreSQL, ensuring seamless integration with the front-end.Design APIs, schemas, and services that meet scalability and performance requirements.Work collaboratively with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.Use cutting-edge tools and technologies to streamline development processes.Requirements:7+ years of total coding experience, with 2+ years in Flutter/Dart or similar frameworks.Strong knowledge of state management, widgets, and performance optimization techniques.Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript for back-end development and familiarity with PostgreSQL database management.Familiarity with Git workflows and Agile development methodologies.Ability to read, write, and communicate technical information effectively in English.Nice-to-Haves:Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of push notifications or background task handling.Prior work in healthcare or other regulated industries.About this Role:We offer a collaborative environment where you can grow professionally and contribute to impactful projects.A dynamic and fast-paced workplace that fosters innovation and creativity.
