Business analysts play a crucial role in ensuring that financial applications are compliant with IT policy.This involves building plans to enforce compliance and standard user management processes.To achieve this, business analysts must evaluate SOC reports to identify vendor and application compliance risks.They must also have hands-on knowledge of software development life cycles and project management methodologies.The ideal candidate will have experience working with financial ERP applications, preferably JDE.They should also have design and development experience with JDE, as well as experience working with third-party vendors to implement SaaS solutions.A strong background in financial acumen, including general ledger, accounts payable, fixed assets, revenue recognition, budgeting, and bank interfaces, is essential.Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel and Project, is also required.Additionally, the successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, information technology, engineering, or a related field.Relevant experience with technology project support and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, are necessary.In terms of skills, the candidate should have intermediate SQL query skills and experience working in large enterprises with domestic and international locations.Experience working with off-shore or remote development/support teams is also desirable.Required Skills:Hands-on knowledge of software development life cyclesProject management methodologiesFinancial ERP applicationsDesign and development experience with JDESQL query skillsBenefits:Opportunity to work on high-visibility projects, develop new skills, and expand professional networkWhat We Offer:Professional development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and competitive compensation package
