Technical Lead PositionAs a senior technical leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical architecture of our organization and guiding the development team.This role requires both technical expertise and leadership skills.You will oversee code reviews, workflows, and best practices, identify technical risks, and propose solutions.You will also stay up-to-date on game development tools and industry trends, collaborate closely with design, art, and production teams, and lead and mentor a team of developers (Unity/C# focus).The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of professional game development experience, with 1+ year of leadership/mentorship role, strong proficiency with Unity and C#, extensive knowledge and experience in one or more engine-related focus areas, including rendering, tools, physics, asset/build pipeline, system architecture skills, ability to debug and optimize code, and solid understanding of performance optimization, memory management, and debugging.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing the technical direction of the development teamGuiding the development process and ensuring high-quality deliverablesMentoring junior developers and providing technical guidanceCollaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project successRequired skills and qualifications include:6+ years of professional game development experience1+ year of leadership/mentorship roleStrong proficiency with Unity and C#Extensive knowledge and experience in one or more engine-related focus areasAbility to debug and optimize codeSolid understanding of performance optimization, memory management, and debuggingThis is a challenging opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced technical leader who can help take our organization to the next level.
