Latin America Total Rewards ExpertThe expert will oversee compensation and benefits structures to ensure alignment with company goals in the region.
Key responsibilities include implementing and managing merit pay programs, employee benefits, labor forecasting and workforce planning, budgeting, project management, vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement total rewards strategies that support business objectives in Latin America.Analyze market data and trends to inform compensation decisions and ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance.Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to educate stakeholders on salary structures, provide recommendations for adjustments, and ensure compliance with local legislation.Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives according to each country's requirements.Prepare compensation and benefits reports for stakeholders, analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in total rewards, and maintain HRIS and compensation/benefits modules with accurate and up-to-date information.Support audits and ensure data integrity across systems.Requirements:5+ years of experience in compensation and/or benefits roles.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.Fluent Spanish, English, and Portuguese.Experience working with large, dynamic, matrixed organizations.Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all levels of stakeholders, including Senior Leadership.Ability to develop deep connections with stakeholders across the company that build trust, instill confidence, and enable the development and deployment of critical programs.
