Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Cryptocurrency Operations Strategist to join our team.
As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, cash flow tracking, and virtual asset management.You will liaise with accounting firms for bookkeeping, document preparation, tax submissions, and regulatory reporting.
Maintaining detailed records of all virtual asset activities is crucial to ensure compliance with internal audit and legal standards.The ideal candidate will collect and organize data for regulatory reporting to Receita Federal and the Central Bank of Brazil.
They will also monitor tax and foreign exchange compliance risks related to stablecoin-based transactions, and escalate issues as needed.In addition, the successful candidate will handle foreign exchange filings and reports for cross-border crypto transactions.
Providing financial and operational insights to support management in budgeting and strategic planning is also a critical responsibility.We require strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential, with proficiency in Spanish and Mandarin being a plus.Required Skills and Qualifications:3+ years of experience in operations, financial operations, or crypto-related back-office roles, preferably in fintech or Web3 environments.Solid understanding of stablecoins, blockchain-based payment flows, and operational risk.Familiarity with Brazilian financial reporting (SPED, Receita Federal, Central Bank) and tax compliance.Benefits:We offer a dynamic work environment that promotes growth and development.
