As a key player in talent acquisition, this role oversees the hiring process, focusing on seamless interview execution and candidate evaluations.
A proactive approach is required for continuous improvement and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Direct all phases of the interview process, including preparation, scheduling, and outcome tracking.Assess English communication skills and align candidates with job requirements.Work closely with sales teams to match clients with suitable candidates.Analyze feedback from interviews to enhance candidate selection processes.Ensure timely updates and communications across platforms and stakeholders.Respond to complex questions and requests from clients and candidates via various channels.Conduct video calls with candidates to address concerns and explain platform features.Additional Tasks:Translate business objectives into process improvements and technical requirements.Document projects and coordinate team efforts to implement solutions.Provide analytical support to refine operational workflows.Requirements:A background in customer-facing roles within IT, HR, or related fields is necessary.Advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills are required; knowledge of business analytics tools is beneficial.Strong interpersonal skills are needed for managing complex processes and multitasking effectively remotely.The ability to switch between tasks seamlessly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail is essential.Cross-functional support through email, messaging, or calls is required.Conflict resolution and collaboration are also necessary.Demonstrating career growth potential is expected.
