Job Title: Lead ArchitectAs a highly skilled and experienced Lead Architect, you will play a critical role in ensuring the scalability, cost efficiency, and top-tier performance of our technology stack.This is a highly technical role requiring advanced problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor and guide peers in best practices.The responsibilities include revamping and fine-tuning our ASP.NET web application stack for performance, cost effectiveness, and scalability.The Lead Architect will design and optimize high-performance API services, proxy technologies, and multi-tenant database infrastructures.Additional responsibilities include building new features across backend, web, and mobile applications, ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable code with strong adherence to standards.The Lead Architect will also oversee CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments, work with monitoring and observability tools to maintain system health, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.The Tech Stack includes programming languages such as C# / .NET 5 / ASP.NET Core, TypeScript + Angular, React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript), Liquid, XML, SQL (T-SQL), and NoSQL (CosmosDB / MongoDB API).Frameworks & Libraries used are .NET 5, Xamarin.Forms, Entity Framework Core, Mermaid, and Custom XML CodeGen Tools.The Platforms & Infrastructure include Azure Cloud, Azure SQL Database, Azure CosmosDB, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Service Bus, Shopify, SendGrid, Klaviyo, Calendly, USPS API, and Twilio.The Observability & Ops section includes logging/tracing, metrics, backup/restore, and CI/CD.Required Qualifications include 15+ years of professional development experience in complex systems, deep expertise in ASP.NET Core, .NET 5, and Azure, and strong understanding of multi-tenant architectures, performance optimization, and cost-effective scaling.A proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable systems is also required, along with soft skills such as being trustworthy, respectful, and honest, hardworking, and committed to delivery.
