**Responsabilidades e atribuições** Contamos com você para**:
- Garantir um ambiente colaborativo entre stakeholders, designers, tech leads e equipes de desenvolvimento, promovendo comunicação clara e foco no valor para o usuário;
- Atuar como elo entre as áreas de negócios e tecnologia, traduzindo necessidades estratégicas em requisitos funcionais bem definidos;
- Trabalhar em conjunto com o Coordenador de Desenvolvimento para alinhar as prioridades de produto com a capacidade técnica e cronogramas viáveis;
- Garantir que todos os membros da equipe compreendam o propósito dos produtos, as metas estratégicas e o impacto esperado de cada entrega.
- Liderar o discovery e a definição de novos produtos, funcionalidades ou melhorias, com base em dados, feedback de usuários e objetivos de negócio;
- Construir e manter o backlog de produto priorizado a partir de definição com o Coordenador de Desenvolvimento;
- Definir e acompanhar os roadmaps de produto, garantindo que estejam atualizados e alinhados com as metas da empresa;
- Facilitar sessões de planning e refinamento, garantindo clareza nas histórias e critérios de aceite.
- Coletar e analisar métricas de adoção, engajamento e performance dos produtos para embasar decisões de priorização e evolução;
- Facilitar o alinhamento entre os diferentes times de produto, promovendo consistência e troca de boas práticas;
- Apoiar a resolução rápida de impedimentos em colaboração com tech leads e stakeholders, priorizando a entrega contínua de valor;
- Assegurar a documentação clara de decisões, aprendizados, fluxos e regras de negócio nos repositórios oficiais;
**Requisitos e qualificações** O que buscamos**:
- Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Gestão Empresarial, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência prática com metodologias ágeis, facilitação de plannings, refinamentos, dailies e reviews.
- Habilidade para priorizar funcionalidades com base em dados, valor de negócio, esforço técnico e dependências.
- Clareza na redação de critérios de aceite, especificações funcionais e documentações técnicas.

**Escala de trabalho**:
- 5x2 - segunda à sexta das 08:00 às 17:00
