**Job Title:** Senior ServiceNow DeveloperWe are seeking a senior developer with extensive experience in ITOM to lead the development and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related ITOM modules.Key responsibilities include:Designing complex ServiceNow ITOM solutions including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.Configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules.Leading development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance.Ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.Providing solutions that utilize out-of-the-box features without requiring customizations.Facilitating code reuse, components, and proven patterns; influencing common modeling, design, and coding practices.Performing upgrade testing by validating customizations, configurations, and integrations across major and minor ServiceNow releases.Developing and maintaining Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites to validate core ServiceNow functionalities.Troubleshooting and resolving platform issues.**Required Skills and Qualifications:We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITOM.Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.Experience with automation and DevOps practices, familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools such as Git, and Agile principles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.**Benefits:As a member of our team, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development.We offer competitive compensation packages and a dynamic work environment.**About Us:Our company is committed to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.We value innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
