OverviewThis position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of AvantStay.We are currently looking for an AI Solution Architect, located anywhere.In this dynamic role, you will lead the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence technologies into a rapidly growing technology platform.Working as part of a collaborative engineering team, you will research, prototype, and implement AI-driven solutions that unlock new business capabilities and optimize operational efficiency.You will set internal AI development standards, mentor colleagues, and influence architectural decisions, helping the organization stay at the forefront of AI innovation.This fully remote opportunity offers a creative environment where your expertise can directly impact scalable AI adoption across the company.Base pay range$60,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yrResponsibilities Research, prototype, and deploy state-of-the-art AI technologies, including large language models, vector databases, and agent frameworks Design, develop, test, and launch production-ready AI features that deliver measurable business value Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams to identify and implement high-impact AI use cases Define internal best practices, documentation, and standards for scalable, responsible AI development Lead workshops and mentor engineers to build AI fluency throughout the organization Influence architectural decisions and optimize cost-performance tradeoffs for AI infrastructure at scaleQualifications Proven track record delivering AI-powered features that create real business impact Hands-on experience with leading AI tools such as LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), vector search systems (FAISS, Pinecone), and agentic systems Strong programming skills in a relevant language (e.g., Python) Experience designing and deploying end-to-end AI or machine learning systems Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments with rapid prototyping Passionate about writing clear documentation and mentoring others Excellent systems thinking and ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions Creative, pragmatic mindset with strong execution focus Startup experience is a strong plus but not required Curiosity, drive, and purpose are highly valued, even if you don't meet every qualificationBenefits Generous paid time off including company holidays 100% remote work, allowing you to work from anywhere in the worldSeniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Information TechnologyIndustries Non-profit Organizations Primary and Secondary Education#J-18808-Ljbffr
