In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Issue purchase orders (POs), follow up with local and international suppliers, and input data into global systems;Monitor deadlines and deliveries, ensuring operational excellence for projects;Support import activities and document management, according to department guidelines;Participate in meetings with internal departments (PMO, Engineering, Quality) to align demands;Deal with suppliers from different countriesThe essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related fields;Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in international procurement of direct materials in an industrial or project environment;Functional intermediate English skills, capable of expressing oneself, handling emails, reading documents, and participating in meetings;Basic knowledge of import processes and international documentation;Proactive profile, good communication and negotiation skills with a sense of responsibility and organization, capable of handling multiple demands and deadlines.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Previous experience working as a foreign trade analyst or directly leading importing operations;Experience with buying industrial commodities (valves, skids, pumps).
Experience developing new suppliers.
