About The Role We are looking for an Account Executive with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in sales.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound environments, excels at full-cycle sales, and enjoys building strong relationships with prospects across global markets.If you're driven, strategic, and want to grow alongside a fast-scaling startup, be welcomeAbout Lilo Lilo is revolutionizing procurement for Commercial Real Estate (CRE) businesses by providing a single platform to automate and optimize procurement processes using AI.From hotels to gyms, schools, and senior living homes, we streamline workflows like invoicing, vendor management, and price comparisons—saving our clients both time and money.We are already transforming procurement for brands like Fairfield, Hampton Inn, and Hilton.What You Will Do Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities Execute outbound outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn) Manage the full sales cycle Conduct product demos and effectively articulate value propositions Build and maintain a robust pipeline Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and onboarding Attend virtual or in-person industry events as needed What You Will Need Fluent or native-level English (C1 - C2) Proven experience in sales Confidence to run outbound processes Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment Availability to work in EST Timezone Ownership mindset Compensation USD $2,500/month base salary USD $2,500/month commission Why Lilo?Work remotely with a fast-growing, US-based startup Be part of a diverse team The opportunity to grow alongside us Flexible benefits
