What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, managerial, and professional roles
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Consult on recruitment best practices, policies, and compliance with Affirmative Action Plan
Develop targeted job descriptions and create effective screening and interview tools
Manage applicant tracking and maintain candidate information in the ATS
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years of professional work experience
1+ year of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in an affirmative action organization
Solid understanding of recruitment processes with demonstrated sourcing and screening skills
Ability to manage a high volume workload and take ownership of the selection process
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proven track record of innovative recruiting initiatives and campaigns
Experience with SAP and ATS
PHR certification a plus
Must be available for some travel
