Key Performance Indicators of a Data Quality AnalystThe primary responsibilities of a Data Quality Analyst revolve around auditing and testing enterprise applications, with a focus on backend ETL processes and software modules associated with data warehouse reporting instruments.Comply with established quality assurance standards and procedures.Formulate and implement methods, flows, and protocols to enhance QA and business operations.Develop and document test scripts to audit data integrity on an ongoing basis.Test newly developed applications by creating test scenarios and verifying adherence to business requirements.Analyze and resolve application and data issues as they arise.Document production processes and objects for better understanding across IT and business stakeholders.Handle ad-hoc data warehouse queries for end users as needed.Required skills include SQL, PL/SQL, strong understanding of ETL processes, knowledge of data warehousing concepts and architectures, experience creating and executing test scripts for data validation, and solid knowledge of relational databases.
