OverviewSenior IT Technical Recruiter – LATAM Based – Aptonet Inc. is seeking an experienced recruiter to source, screen, and place top technical talent.This role is based in Latin America (LATAM) and focuses on sourcing LATAM-based candidates for U.S.-based companies, while also supporting U.S.-based recruiting efforts for our U.S. clients.Our recruiting team connects clients with exceptional talent who share our values and support their success.What We Look For3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.Understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.What You'll Be DoingManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.Build strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.Leverage a variety of sourcing tools, including internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling.Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.Post job advertisements across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.Develop scalable recruiting processes to support the growth of our recruiting operations in LATAM and the U.S.Act as a trusted representative of Aptonet, promoting our values and delivering a high-quality experience to both candidates and clients.Employment DetailsEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Human ResourcesIndustry: Staffing and RecruitingWe're committed to equal opportunity and a respectful workplace.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Aptonet by 2x.#J-18808-Ljbffr
