OverviewExperienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry – Nexer Telescope is seeking a senior headhunter to help us find engineers willing to relocate to Sweden.
You will work with a global team of recruiters and Swedish delivery management to support relocation logistics (visa, permits, tickets, housing, etc.).
Our clients primarily operate in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
You will collaborate with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.Core values at Telescope are joy, trust, and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage engineering talent in IT to consider relocation to Sweden.Build trust with suitable candidates during the relocation process.Coordinate with a competent global recruiting team and Swedish leadership to support candidates' move.Assist and coordinate with the Swedish delivery management team on relocation logistics.Manage end-to-end relocation support (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.).
Plan and execute recruitment activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Represent the company professionally and with a high level of service orientation.Maintain strong English communication and adapt to new technologies as needed.Required qualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset toward finding the best solution.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.Upper-intermediate English proficiency.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.Analytical, well organized, detail-oriented with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.Self-confident, friendly, social, motivated, and resilient with a positive attitude toward challenges.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work and collaboration.Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.Employment detailsExtent & Duration: Start ASAP.
Full-time.
Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
Minimum 12 months.
Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.Location: Remote work or from a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
