Job Title: Salesforce QA Engineer – AutomationLocation: LATAM (Remote) Duration: 6monthsNeed to support PST timingsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Java/Python/JavaScriptImplement and maintain automation suites using tools like Selenium, Playwright, and Robot FrameworkBuild and manage test strategies and detailed test plans for various projects and featuresEnsure CI/CD integration of test cases using GitHub Actions and version control via GITDevelop and execute API testing using Rest Assured or other language equivalentPerform end-to-end automation of Salesforce Cloud applications (Sales, Marketing, Service, etc.)Conduct code reviews, drive best practices in QE, and mentor junior QA engineersCollaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and DevOpsContribute to release readiness by ensuring test coverage and defect managementMust-Have Qualifications10+ years of experience in software quality engineering and test automationStrong programming skills in Java, Python, and/or JavaScriptHands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, and Robot FrameworkExpertise in Git and GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline integrationProficiency in REST API testing using Rest AssuredDeep experience in testing Salesforce applications (Sales/Marketing/Service Cloud)Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test strategy development, and test planningExcellent communication and documentation skillsNice-to-Have QualificationsExperience in setting up and maintaining Selenium Grid infrastructure using Docker or KubernetesKnowledge of Playwright infrastructure setup, including scaling in CI environmentsFamiliarity with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling)Prior experience in testing microservices-based architectureKnowledge of test data management and synthetic data generation techniques
