Responsibilities
Support hiring and talent hunting activities
Assist with people operations and administrative processes
Interact with clients as needed to align with business needs
Contribute to a fast-paced environment with autonomy and responsibility
Qualifications
Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills
Nice-to-haves: Experience with administrative or service-related tasks; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree
Soft Skills: Proactivity; problem-solving mindset; clear and effective communication
Contract details
As a Contractor (PJ): Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (potential increase to R$5k after 6 months); opportunity to grow as a leader; work with international clients; international standards
