Job OverviewBusiness Intelligence Analysts play a crucial role in empowering organizations to make informed decisions.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for uncovering insights from data and presenting them in a clear and concise manner.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identifying and querying relevant data sources.Transform raw data into actionable information by cleansing, massaging, and visualizing it using tools like Tableau.Present findings and gather feedback from stakeholders to refine the analysis.Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau, developing reports according to analyst-defined specifications.Conduct training sessions on technical topics.Maintain and document operational environments, including SQL Server SPs and queries.RequirementsA minimum of three years of experience in developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing data.Strong understanding of Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment.Relational data modeling concepts and solid analytical skills are essential.Excellent organizational skills with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.Experience with ETL data from various sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies.Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or creating tabular data models in SQL Server.Advanced English language proficiency.What We OfferWe provide flexibility, tailored compensation, tech-driven tools, autonomous workflow, well-being, diversity & inclusion, collaboration, and development opportunities.
