We are seeking an ambitious and meticulous individual to take up the role of Business Intelligence Analyst.This talented professional will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, empowering business colleagues to make informed decisions.The primary objective of this position is to extract valuable information from large volumes of data, identifying key trends and patterns that drive business growth.Data AnalysisCollaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, developing effective strategies to meet these requirements.Cleanse and manipulate data to create high-quality datasets, reports, and dashboards using Tableau.Presentation and feedback: deliver polished presentations, incorporating stakeholder input to ensure satisfaction.Reporting and Dashboard DevelopmentDeploy data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau, crafting compelling narratives to communicate insights.Conduct technical training sessions, equipping team members with the skills needed to succeed.Database AdministrationMaintain and document the operational environment, ensuring seamless database management.Process SQL Server SPs and queries, guaranteeing efficient data retrieval.RequirementsExperience and SkillsA minimum of 3 years of experience in developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing data.Strong understanding of Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment, backed by at least 1 year of previous work experience using Tableau.A solid grasp of relational data modeling concepts.Exceptional analytical skills, combined with a hands-on approach to delivering results.Personal QualitiesSuperior organizational skills, driving disciplined implementation, support, and documentation.Advanced English language proficiency.
