Job TitleSAP Technical Cutover ManagerJoin us and transform your career in the IT Services industry.Come to one of the biggest IT companies in the world and discover a collaborative environment where you can expand your ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success.We are looking for an experienced SAP Technical Cutover Manager who wants to learn and grow their skills.The ideal candidate will be responsible for co-leading end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO, guiding the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to K-C business segments in Asia.Key ResponsibilitiesCo-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to guide the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to K-C business segments in Asia.Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones and specific deliverables.Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues and decisions to project leadership through the Microsoft Asure DevOps (ADO) project management tool, meetings, emails and project documents.Required Skills and Qualifications5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role is required.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW and more) and their integration points.Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation troubleshooting and resolution of technical defects is also essential.Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Experience with prior projects with a successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA.Familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies.BenefitsAt TCS we offer:Health insurance.Dental Plan.Life insurance.Transportation vouchers.Meal/Food Voucher.Childcare assistance.Gympass.TCS Cares – free **** that provides psychological assistance (24 hrs/day), legal, social and financial assistance to associates.Partnership with SESC.Reimbursement of Certifications.Free TCS Learning Portal – Online courses and live training.International experience opportunity.Discount Partnership with Universities and Language Schools.Bring Your Buddy – By referring people you become eligible to receive a bonus for each hire.TCS Gems – Recognition for performance.Xcelerate – Free Mentoring Career Platform.
