Job DescriptionProactively identify gaps and areas of improvement in the system and provide solutions through automation of manual processesIdentify, evaluate, and document potential data sources, system improvements and deliverable opportunitiesContinuously produce actionable information for Informa teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, CS and senior management)Collect & analyze large data sets and help to delivery useful information and recommendations to business decisionsInteract with business stakeholders and conduct detailed data analysis on data and system flowProvide high level advanced triage support to stakeholders, business partners, and product teams in managing specific issue resolution activitiesIs a data ambassador for the company and leads data-drive concept adoption approach within the team to accelerate the business digital transformationWorks collaboratively across the teams and wider support teamsQualificationsEssentialProfessional experience as data analyst or business analyst.Professional experience with data viz tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik View.)Experience with SQL and knowledge of ETL/ELT processes.Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
