This role is critical to the financial health of both our BNPL and Personal Loan product lines.The Manager will own the marketing technology stack and operational stability, focusing entirely on driving customer adoption, maximizing conversion efficiency, and ensuring the quality of acquisition across all channels.Key Responsibilities: CRM Infrastructure and Vendor Management: Platform Leadership: Oversee the selection, negotiation, and ongoing management of all messaging and CRM platform vendors.This includes managing the technology budget and ensuring platform performance.Flow Design: Design, implement, and optimize complex customer journeys and automation flows (WA, SMS, RCS) to reduce friction and improve approval-to-disbursement conversion for both product lines.Compliance: Ensure all communications strictly adhere to regulatory and platform guidelines, safeguarding channel stability and minimizing operational risk.Performance Analysis and Marketing Governance: Funnel Accountability: Act as the primary owner for analyzing and improving End-to-End (E2E) conversion funnels.Identify critical drop-off points and propose actionable solutions across the application process.Acquisition Oversight: Possess a strong analytical understanding of Performance Marketing metrics (CPL, conversion rates) and core channels (e.g., Google, Meta/Instagram, SEO principles).This knowledge is essential for auditing the quality of leads delivered by the Acquisition team and agencies.Reporting: Generate concise reports detailing channel performance, efficiency of messaging touchpoints, and conversion dynamics across all product lines.Growth Strategy and Operational Partnerships: Retention Execution: Oversee the operational execution of the retention budget, focusing on maximizing customer engagement and conversion into subsequent loan products.Marketplace Integration: Support the strategic and operational setup of key credit marketplace partnerships (e.g., Serasa).This involves ensuring accurate data transfer and seamless system integration between our platforms and the partners.Required Skills and Experience: Technical Depth: Proven hands-on experience with technical aspects of CRM, Marketing Automation, and Customer Data Platform (CDP) technologies.Deep operational knowledge of high-volume messaging channels (WhatsApp API, RCS).Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to perform complex funnel analysis and drive decisions based on data.Must be able to interpret and challenge agency performance reports.Operational Leadership: Experience managing external technology vendors, negotiating contracts, and leading cross-functional teams focused on infrastructure improvement for financial products.Proven Experience: Minimum of 7 + years of experience Language: Advanced English
