Project Architect

Ensure that allunits meet the company's quality standardsbefore turnover.Work closely with the team duringactual unit owner inspectionsto address architectural concerns.Identify and reportall architectural punch list itemsbefore turnover to the concerned departments.Ensuretimely rectification of punch list itemswhile maintaining quality standards.Validatearchitectural plansand ensure proper execution during construction.Monitor and inspect construction work to ensure compliance withlocal building codes and international standards.Conductpost-construction evaluationsto ensure adherence to design and quality specifications.Project Coordination & HandoverRepresent the company duringclient handovers and meetings.Collaborate with other departments to ensure asmooth transition of unit turnover.Perform other tasks as required for thesuccessful project closeout and handover.QualificationsStrong understanding oflocal building codes and international construction standards.Ability toidentify and resolve architectural concernsefficiently.Strongattention to detail and quality assurance.Flexible and can confidentlyrepresent the company in client meetings.Must beknowledgeable in all construction phases(pre-design to post-construction, punch listing, and closeout).Must be available to start immediately.Location RequirementMust be willing to be assigned in Biñan, Laguna.ExperienceAt least 5 years of working experience in building construction, quality control, or project handover.Must be knowledgeable in all construction phases (pre-design to post-construction, punch listing, and closeout).EducationBachelor's Degree in Architecture.Licensed Architect preferred.#J-*****-Ljbffr
