Sales Engineer – Rotating Equipment Location: Rio de JaneiroWork Model: HybridDepartment: Commercial / Category DevelopmentContract Type: CLTWe represent international manufacturers of industrial pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment.We operate in technical sales, customer support, and project follow-up across the industrial, oil & gas, energy, and infrastructure sectors.We are expanding our commercial team in Brazil looking for a Sales Engineer with strong technical knowledge in rotating equipment and the ability to work in both commercial activities and occasional field inspections.Key Responsibilities:- Sustain and grow customer bases for pumps, gearboxes, and rotating equipment solutions.- Manage the full sales cycle—from first contact to proposal and negotiation.- Conduct technical visits to assess equipment, identify issues, and recommend actions.- Prepare clear technical reports and support clients with failure analysis, maintenance planning, troubleshooting.- Collaborate with engineering, field service, and international manufacturers.- Occasionally participate in offshore or remote-site visits (when required).Requirements:- Experience in oil & gas, offshore, energy, marine, or industrial sectors.- Proven experience with rotating equipment (pumps, gearboxes, motors, compressors, etc)- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform field inspections.- Experience writing technical reports and supporting customers.- Engineering degree (Mechanical or similar preferred).- Familiarity with commissioning and major overhauls.- Availability for travel and occasional offshore/on-site visits.- English proficiency desired.If you are commercially driven, technically solid, and enjoy combining client interaction with hands-on field work, we'd love to hear from you.
