Key PurposeResponsible for building and growing client relationships, driving revenue through API account management, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role analyzes data and market trends to identify opportunities, supports seamless onboarding, and serves as the main contact for assigned accounts while developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.Key AccountabilitiesManage and grow client relationshipsOptimize API accounts, L2 B conversion, and revenueAnalyze sales data, API performance (PBI), and usage patternsAct as primary point of contact for assigned accountsSupport client onboarding and training on booking platformsMonitor market trends and competitorsIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesDevelop and implement account plans to reach targetsHold regular partner meetings to build rapportQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in IT, Data Analytics, Business, Travel, or related fieldExperience in API account management, sales, or business development (B2 B travel)Strong analytical and data interpretation skillsProficiency with APIs, PBI, CRM, and self-booking platformsFluent in Portuguese, English, and SpanishIT SkillsMicrosoft Office, Teams, Google SheetsPBI, CRM, API booking engines
