About The RoleWe are seeking a SeniorConsultantto join our Tech & AIteam, playing a leading role in the development of advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions for clients.
The selected professional will contribute to the designandimplementation of proprietary applications, combining programming language models with automationsandrobust data flows.
You will work directly on strategic projects involving everything from technical architecture to the delivery of integrated solutions using platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, among others.
A significant portion of these initiatives will focus on the legal sector or involve legal matters, requiring an understanding of legal operational workflowsandthe ability to translate complex challenges into data-andAI-driven solutions.What You'll DoDevelop advanced AIandmachine learning applications using large volumes of dataDesignandbuild platforms based on AI, machine learning,andLLMsContribute technically to implementation projects involving third-party tools, including customization when applicableCreateandmanage AI agents, including integrations with platforms such as Make, Zapier,andn8nImplement robust data extraction, processing,andanalysis pipelinesCustomizeandfine-tune language models using techniques such as fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG),andembeddingsActively participate in technical discussions on architecture, security, scalability,andgovernance of AI solutionsWhat You Will Need To SucceedBasic QualificationsBachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Law, or related field3+ years of post-graduation professional work experience in startups, law firms, large enterprises, or consulting firmsFluent or advanced English and Portuguese written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel to clients and FTI officesPreferred QualificationsSolid experience in developing AIandmachine learning-based solutions and advanced proficiency in Python or other compatible programming languagesProven experience working with APIs from LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or Hugging FaceDeep knowledge of data science, vectorization,andhandling of structuredandunstructured dataHands-on experience with automation platforms like Make, Zapier, n8n, or custom integrations and practical experience with fine-tuningand/or RAG techniquesPrevious experience with dataandworkflows in the legal sector and contributions to open-source projects or active participation in AI communitiesExperience in managing technology innovation projects considering diagnosis, opportunity mapping, testing solutions (POCs), definition of efficiency problems or similarProject management certifications and/or courses are a plusTotal WellbeingOur goal is to support the wellbeing of you and your families—physically, emotionally, and financially.
