**What the day will look like**:
- Crafting and delivering quantitative risk management consultancy and analytics to Aon's largest clients.
- Improving and automating existing fitting, modelling, and delivery platforms.
- Innovating new modelling solutions to help clients answer non-traditional risk questions.
- Helping on the development and implementation of new services/products.
- Interacting with broking, client facing and commercial areas to use the Aon's delivery to market/clients.
- Building quantification and feasibilities studies to support customers optimize their Total Cost of Risk (TCOR) analysis.
**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, finance, risk management, or equivalent.
- Solid experience in Corporate Risks Quantification Methodologies.
- Good knowledge of IT tools, such as: Monte Carlo, Python and/or R (desirable).
- Intermediate level of English and Spanish.
- Communication skills to interact both with Aon colleagues and clients.
- Ability to write standard reports for actuarial projects that clearly communicates findings and methodologies.
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
