Que tenga foco en resultados, capacidad para accionar frente a incidentes y que promueva la mejora continua dentro del Lemon.
Alguien que se comunique con empatía y claridad, generando confianza tanto en el equipo como con otras áreas de la compañía.
Debés tener experiencia operativa en definición, gestión y optimización de procesos.
Buscamos a alguien con una fuerte capacidad analítica para detectar los principales pain points del usuario y comprender, tanto desde la experiencia como desde lo técnico, por qué suceden.
El entendimiento profundo de los flujos y su impacto en el usuario es clave.
Esperamos que tengas experiencia liderando equipos o proyectos complejos, donde hayas tenido que coordinar con diferentes áreas y personas clave para lograr los objetivos.
La capacidad de influir y guiar en contextos dinámicos es clave para este rol.
Es excluyente tener conocimientos de SQL y Excel.
Tener manejo de Intercom es deseable.

Liderar y acompañar al equipo de cx, promoviendo un entorno de confianza, desarrollo y autonomía.
Acompañar el crecimiento profesional del equipo, brindando herramientas para que cada analista pueda tomar decisiones con autonomía, proponer mejoras y tener una mirada integral del producto.
Ser referente en momentos críticos, gestionando incidentes de forma ordenada y transmitiendo claridad al equipo.
Transformar cada interacción con nuestros usuarios en una oportunidad para mejorar su experiencia con el producto.
Dar seguimiento a los motivos de contacto, traducirlos en insights accionables y colaborar con otras áreas para reducir fricción en el uso del producto.
Dar seguimiento a las métricas de productividad del área, proponer mejoras con impacto y medir su efectividad, para lograr escalabilidad con tecnología.
