Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Managing Director.The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing the operations and business activities of Construtora Silva Campos to ensure desired results are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.Key duties include developing and executing the company's business strategies, preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.The Managing Director will also guide and motivate subordinates, analyze problematic situations, and provide solutions to ensure company growth and success.This role is on-site and is located in Sorocaba, SP.QualificationsLeadership and Strategic Management skillsFinancial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting experienceOperations Management and Process Improvement skillsKnowledge of Compliance and Regulatory standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to solve complex problems and make decisions in a timely mannerExperience in the construction industry is highly preferredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA is a plus
