We\'re looking for candidates who are passionate about technology, proficient in English, and excited to engage in remote collaboration for a worldwide presence.We're looking for a Senior Solutions & Product Architect (Deputy CTO) to join our leadership team and scale alongside our cofounder & CTO.
This is a client-facing, high-impact role that blends product strategy, solution architecture, and delivery leadership.What You'll Do:
Partner with clients from day one to understand their business needs and shape solutions.
Define high-level product requirements, MVP scopes, and roadmaps.
Translate business goals into technical architectures and delivery plans.
Lead proposal creation (business framing + product requirements + technical approach).
Oversee delivery across multiple teams, ensuring quality and accountability.
Be a trusted advisor to clients, while mentoring engineering teams internally.
Help codify Oowlish's playbooks so we can scale beyond any single leader.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or product/technical consulting.
Strong technical breadth (cloud, APIs, modern architectures).
Proven ability to lead multiple teams/projects and communicate with C-level stakeholders.
Experience defining product requirements and MVPs, not just technical designs.
Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish/Portuguese a plus).
Backgrounds that could be a great fit:
Experience in consulting / outsourcing firms.
CTOs or co-founders of startups, with hands-on experience balancing product, tech, and business.
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited to grow into a future CTO/Partner role.
